Game studios use our platform to order playtests (where a player will play a portion of a game and provide feedback). Our network of players is 1.5M strong (and growing!), and we match the right players to each game.

Intro Call - Getting to know you
In the first call, let our talent acquisition expert will learn about you, your skills, and your story. This is also your chance to ask questions about the role and company.
Hiring Manager Round
In this stage, you and your future people manager take a deeper dive into professional experience and what you could bring to the team.
Practical Round
We will explore the professional fit by working on a work prompt or challenge related to tasks that you would actually be responsible for in the position.
Final Stage - Offer
You made it to the very last stage! Here we already strive to cooperate with you so let's align on how we can make it work - together.
Location: our office or yours.
We have a centrally located office in a beautiful old building in Berlin-Mitte, next to Hackesche Höfe and Alexanderplatz.
You'll have the chance to work in our light and cozy office while enjoying snacks, drinks, and games.
